This reserves your appointment for a 30/60 minute virtual consultation with Sister Chavivah. Consultations are conducted via Zoom or Google Meet.

During this time:

• We will take your measurements; have measuring tape available! We will then draft a sketch of your design and discuss your fabrics and embellishments. 
• We will establish final pricing, the timeline, go over the contract and collect your deposit. Deposits are 60% of the total garment cost, and are a requirement before work can begin. 
• If you need to reschedule the consultation date, it must be at least 48 hours in advance or you will have to pay an additional $25 reschedule fee. 
• The consultation fee covers the time taken to research material & notions needed to make custom a garment as well as meeting preparation.
• If you decide to proceed with booking the designer to make a custom garment, then 50% of the consultation fee will be deducted from the total cost of garment. This is consultation policy and our fee is non-refundable.
