In the fall of 2018 we dived into the glamorous world of formal wear. This venture is truly near and dear to our hearts and was so aptly named Elle C Customs. Elle for L. Cherie the head designer who’s true passion is in draping and crafting bespoke evening gowns, tuxedos, bridal and pageant attire.
